Cash Envelope Wallet System

005
I made another set of paper envelopes to use in my wallet.  I used my Silhouette machine to cut them out and used ribbon to “stitch” them together.  I made five that I knew I would be commonly using.

I also added a small piece of cardstock to the back of the envelopes to slide into my wallet.  And here is the finished product!

So far, the cash envelope system is working really well for us.  The cash envelopes I’ve made have really made it easy to organize everything and are cute at the same time!  My husband is really getting on board with the program, so we can keep on truckin’!

Thanks for looking and happy crafting!

  2. This set turned out cute too! I didn't know you were going to put them in your wallet. Love you Mom! Can't wait until we can get together and craft again soon.

  3. This is my 1st month of trying to be cash only. I think it will take us a couple months to get it down, but it's weird seeing what's in our bank and having to remind ourselves that we already have cash out for groceries and gas and other "cash only" items.

  5. Love this! I will have to make some of my own! We are trying the "cash-o-la" system as well & it's working well, but would probably be better if I had these handy envelopes!
